In the last two weeks we were really busy, havesting vegetables and preserving them.For example,we were hunging onions.This week we have as well a big work preserving apples, we are doing apple juice, apple jam and apple jelly...Uhmmm They are delicious ;)

This week we have a very nice visitors. They are Marion, Tessa, Anja and Sandrine, They were volunteers at An Charraig last year. It's really great to have the opportunity of meeting them, because we can share experiences and we can receive as well some advices about the diferents gardens
